Our Story
A slow river,
a warm lantern,
a long evening.
The Lazy Goose was born on a wooden deck at the edge of the water — the kind of place where paddles rest against posts, lanterns swing with the breeze, and dinner takes as long as it deserves.
Our kitchen leans into coastal Goa: fresh catch from the morning market, mustard and coconut, cashew and kokum. Our bar leans into slow evenings: mezcal, feni, and citrus from the garden.
